Looking back on this year fills me with gratitude. I’m now into my third decade in real estate, and 2025 was the second-best year of my career (2024 still takes the top spot!). I also purchased my 5th rental property in Collinsville, making it a busy and rewarding season.

🎾 Life Outside of Real Estate

For fun, I’ve gotten hooked on pickleball and even played in a few tournaments (proof that midlife can absolutely include unexpected athletic phases!).

I’m continuing to study Spanish with hopes of an immersion trip someday, and we welcomed a wonderful au pair from Colombia who’s helping all of us level up...

🏡 Family & Life at Home

The kids are thriving!

Neyo: Now in 8th grade at MAP Montessori, loving history and math.
Nala: In 5th grade at Woodland, remaining our joyful social butterfly.

At home, Winston and Elphie (our Sphynx duo) and Mochi the Poochon keep things lively. They’re basically a tiny, bald-and-fluffy comedy troupe. Some days I think the pets are running the house... and honestly, they might be! 🐾
