✨ Looking Back & Moving Forward: My 2025 Year in Review & Reflections

Looking back on this year fills me with gratitude. I’m now into my third decade in real estate, and 2025 was the second-best year of my career (2024 still takes the top spot!). I also purchased my 5th rental property in Collinsville, making it a busy and incredibly rewarding season.

🎾 Life Outside of Real Estate

For fun, I’ve gotten hooked on pickleball and even played in a few tournaments—proof that midlife can absolutely include unexpected athletic phases!

I’m also continuing to study Spanish with hopes of an immersion trip someday. To help with that goal, we welcomed a wonderful au pair from Colombia who’s helping all of us level up our language skills.

🏡 Family & Life at Home

The kids are thriving!

• Neyo: Now in 8th grade at MAP Montessori, loving history and math.

• Nala: In 5th grade at Woodland, remaining our joyful social butterfly.

At home, Winston and Elphie (our Sphynx duo) and Mochi the Poochon keep things lively—they’re basically a tiny, bald-and-fluffy comedy troupe. Some days I think the pets are running the house… and honestly, they might be! 🐾
