​Happy Summer — my favorite season! ☀️

Real estate has been keeping me busy! I’m excited to share my latest listing — a gorgeous 4-bedroom ranch in Glen Carbon (check it out below!) — plus a rare “Coming Soon” property on 5 acres with a lovely home and a fantastic outbuilding 🏡✨.

Design projects have taken a back seat while I soak up time with the kids — we spent a fun week in Gulf Shores, and I just closed on rental property #5 in Collinsville last Friday!

All the juggling had me craving a little more balance and beauty, which led me to connect with local designer Laura Certa of Spruced Home. She’s been a game-changer, and I’m excited to feature her in this issue too!
