Community Spotlight: Gingham Buffalo & Hot 4Yoga 🧘‍♀️

Local Love: Yoga & Shopping in Glen Carbon

This month, I’m spotlighting two of my favorite local spots--Gingham Buffalo and Hot 4 Yoga, right next to each other on Main Street in Glen Carbon!

I’m featuring them because I genuinely love both yoga and shopping, and these two never disappoint.
Gingham Buffalo is full of unique home décor, furniture, and gifts. Some of my favorite wall art (pictured below!) and my long-lasting entry rug came from there—perfect for anyone who loves finding one-of-a-kind pieces.

Hot 4 Yoga is my go-to studio. Their Tuesday sculpt class is no joke—those 2lb weights sneak up on you!
If you're closer to O’Fallon, Moonbird Yoga is another favorite with a great vibe and fun playlists.

🌞 Pickleball in the Park – Let’s Play!

Lately, I’ve been playing pickleball for both exercise and fun, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite activities! I’ve even been playing with Neyo and Nala and it’s such a great activity for all ages! If you’ve ever thought about trying it, I highly recommend it. It’s a fantastic way to meet new people, stay active, and rack up a ton of steps!

If you’re looking to get involved, check out OMG Pickleball Club (omgpickleballclub.com)—a great resource for local events, open play times, and all things pickleball.

With the weather warming up, I’ve been playing at Minor Park, where the tennis courts were recently converted to pickleball courts. Plus, they have lights, so you can even play in the evening!
